Aside from the years of practice required to learn this craft, there is still a little droplet of magic about the making of a painting.
Sometimes I sit down to paint and everything goes right and it just flows right out of me, almost without having to think.
All my experiences, dreams and loves combine, and something new appears on the paper that never existed before!
I am incredibly fortunate to get to share this with all of you.
Watercolour is a challenging but incredibly rewarding medium to work with. It is not possible to recreate the same painting twice due to the exciting and mercurial nature of water & pigment
