Watercolour is a challenging but incredibly rewarding medium to work with. It is exciting and mercurial in nature and requires patience, planning and often quite a bit of improvisation!

Sometimes I sit down to paint and everything goes right and it just flows right out of me, almost without having to think.
All my experiences, dreams and loves combine, and something new appears on the paper that never existed before!

Slepnir, Odin's 8 legged steed was known as 'The Best Of Horses'. Being a HUGE horse nerd (well, maybe not so much these days as I was when I used to work with them), I have always wanted to tackle this ridiculous creature.
